Commercial vs Non-Commerical
What is non-commercial?
All private uses of the artwork, meaning you can use it on non-profit sites such as Twitter or Instagram (please credit me). You can also use it as a background image, or print the picture (but not selling those prints).
For all other uses, please refer to the commercial price tiers.
If you are unsure whether or not your commission will be commercial, just message me!Commercial Price Tiers:
1x base price: not for commercial use (e.g. private copies, using it as a background image on your PC)
1.5x base price: same as 2x but with visible credits (i.e., a small "Art by Corrin Cha" in the corner of the image.)
2x base price: commercial use when the artwork is not the bigger part of the product (e.g., promotional material, CD/book cover, social media artwork, etc.)
3x the base price: commercial use when the artwork is the bigger part of the product (e.g. postcard, body pillow, merchandise, etc.)

WHENEVER IT IS REFERRED TO AS “ME”, “MY” OR “I”, THE ARTIST CORRIN CHA IS MEANT. WHENEVER IT IS REFERRED TO AS “YOU” OR “YOUR”, THE PURCHASER/COMMISSIONER, IS MEANT.
By commissioning me you accept the following terms:
Contacting terms:You can commission me via E-mail, Twitter, or Instagram. I only take commissions from those three. E-Mail is my main source.If I do not answer your message on Instagram or Twitter, I may have overlooked it. In this case please refer to E-Mail.You and I should not share each other’s personal/contact information with third parties.If I am not able to do your commission right away, you will be notified.I have the right to refuse a commission if I do not feel comfortable with it.You have to have a valid e-mail address because I will only send you the work in progress (WIP) and the finished artwork through it.
Artwork regarding conditions:You can request a WIP at any time. You will get a sketch after I received the payment.Due to my schedule, the faster completion of the work or deadlines requires extra fees.Small changes (e.g. color adjustments, adding small details, fixing mistakes) after the picture is finished can be done for free.Large changes (e.g. pose, background setting, clothing) will be charged extra. Please make sure your description is accurate.I will send you a large and resized version of the artwork after its completion.I will only include layered and PSD files with copyright commissions.You are buying a digital artwork, not a print.
Payment and refund conditions:Payment will be carried out via PayPal. I do not accept other payment methods.After I accept your commission, you will get two weeks to pay the price. If you are unable to afford the whole price until the deadline, we can split it into 50 % at the start and 50 % before I finish the picture.If I do not get paid until a certain date, and have already begun with the picture, your commission will be canceled. The further use of the picture is my responsibility.If I raise the base prices, and you are already on the waiting list or I work on your commission at the time, the price you will pay or paid stays the same. You do not need to pay more. The same applies to refunds if I lower the prices.You can only ask for refunds if I currently do not work on your commission.You should not pay before I accept your commission. You do not get a refund if you do and I refuse to do your commission.Private artwork or withholding me from posting it online adds extra fees.
Posting and other commercial use terms:You cannot post the full-size drawing publicly.I can post the finished artwork, as well as a speed paint about it. Speedpaints are free of charge.The picture you get is for private use only (3x commission excluded). You are not allowed to resell the artwork or claim it as yours.
Paying for the invoice means you are accepting these conditions and terms.
The interpretation of these terms and conditions is reserved for me.
